**An exciting opportunity for a Locum Planning Solicitor to join a top 100 London law firm for 3 months on a hybrid working basis

The Opportunity**Our client is an impressive top 100 law firm based in London, with numerous L500 recognised teams across the practice.

The firm are offering a flexible hybrid working set up, with 2-3 days per week remote working offered, with potential to increase this after a bedding in period.

Responsibilities
The successful Locum will assume responsibility for a caseload to include:

Advising clients on planning aspects of acquisitions and disposals across the commercial, residential, retail and hotel sectors
Acting for developers, landowners and funders on planning and highways agreements

The Locum Planning Solicitor will benefit from secretarial support.

Requirements:

At least 4 years' experience as a Locum Planning Solicitor gained either in private practice or within a local authority
Experience handling busy and varied planning caseloads
Ability to work selfsufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
