YRH Finance Team are currently recruiting for an experienced
Brand Manager to join our Central Team in
Farnborough, Hampshire on a Full-Time basis.

Introduction

YRH Finance Team began in 2007 and we've been rapidly expanding ever since. We now have 100+ finance professionals and 130+ clients who we work with every week and month. Our purpose is to help SME business owners be more successful andfeel happier, and we do this by professionalising their accounting function; enabling them to access, and implement, accounting best practice and work with the best finance people - streamlining their accounting process and preparing and explaining financialinformation that positively impacts profit and cashflow.


Salary:
£42,000 - £45,000 (DOE)

The Role

Your job will be:


  • Managing the performance of the brand to deliver agreed Key Performance Indicators and goals.
  • Developing and executing marketing programmes that generate the required number and quality of leads in regions.
  • Ensuring that brand marketing programmes are well defined and fully aligned with business plan goals.
  • Contributing to cross functional business processes to enhance lead generation, the customer experience, customer lifetime value and the profitability of the business
  • Developing, producing and launching social media and internal communication campaigns
  • Creating and building national, and regional brand marketing programmes and activity to drive awareness, generate ontarget leads to plan and enhance customer lifetime value
  • Working closely with the wider business teams, in particular the regional partners to create and manage the performance of regional and partner marketing programmes and activities.
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaigns and channels performance and proposing appropriate actions.
  • Monitoring and reporting of analytics to track success of channels and produce recommendations to improve channel performance
  • Annual and quarterly planning, including channel targets for volume of leads, conversion rates and activities
  • Ownership and development of marketing processes ensuring we're efficient and automating activities appropriately
  • Liaising and building effective relationships with multiple stakeholders, working crossfunctionally across multiple sites and being able to adapt communications styles accordingly
  • Attendance at meetings and conferences as required
  • Contributing to the design, implementation and continuous improvement of agreed marketing processes, systems and lead generation model
  • Whilst there is no direct people management in this role, the incumbent will be required to show leadership and inspire others to collaborate effectively.
  • The role holder will also manage change and influence change in others

Experience, Knowledge and qualifications

  • A qualified [ideally to degree level in business/marketing] and experienced marketing professional with at least 3 years' experience
  • Experienced in planning, forecasting, budgeting and managing marketing activities in a SME business
  • Marketing performance evaluation and enhancement
  • Good understanding and experience in using CRM systems in a marketing context
  • Able to understand and be experienced in working through both online and offline marketing channels
  • Be data led, monitor and interpret activity results and take actions to enhance performance
  • Able to assess, explore and plan for launching new channels and initiatives
  • Ability to track leads through the marketing and sales funnel, working collaboratively with the sales team to enhance lead generation and conversion performance
  • Have a keen eye for detail whilst also having a creative eye
  • Organised, dependable and commercial
  • Selfstarter, results, and outcome orientated
  • Open mindset and collaborative approach with a positive attitude
  • Influencing skills at all levels and across business functions
