The Role:

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Banking & Finance Senior Associate to join the firm's dynamic office in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
The Legal 500 ranked Banking team handle a broad range of crossborder financings for a variety of high street banks, national government bodies and large private companies
To align with this, you will manage a diverse caseload covering all aspects of banking transactions, including acquisition & structured finance, leveraged transactions, real estate finance, restructuring & asset finance
As a Senior Associate, you will also have the opportunity to mentor the junior members of the team and build your own client base up within the sectors of your choice
In return, you can expect to receive plenty of opportunities to further progress within the team towards director and partner level
An experienced Banking Solicitor with 5 to 8 years PQE
