Position Overview

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes in order to gain an understanding of the business inputs and outputs that drive the clients business and requirements for software implementation.
• Contribute to the development of Professional Services through the generation of new product ideas or improved processes for the delivery of services.
• Provide resolution for problems related to business strategy, procedures, methods and policy.
• Provide customer problem resolution. Identify high priority defects or customer sensitive issues and work with the project team and customers to resolve each problem through the appropriate channels.
• Use of different business tools for analyzing data to provide effective business solution.
• Develop overall marketing strategy to promote business.
• Attending client meetings and assisting sales and proposals team in winning new projects.
• Develop social media marketing strategy to promote business.
• Research and propose changes for improving the online portal to make it more user friendly.
• Organizing events, seminars, conferences to promote business.
• Build successful supplier and customer relationships.
• Assisting in budgeting, planning and recruitment for growing the business.
• Comply, in a timely manner, with all departmental and company required administrative activities.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of business tools for business analysis, strategy making and data mining etc.
• Understanding of business market in Europe and Asia to develop efficient business strategies.
• Knowledge of Marketing, Finance and Ecommerce.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Innovative and Proactive attitude towards work.
