Our client is a leading provider of sustainability solutions for businesses, including an online environmental certification scheme (Green Mark), data analytics (InMetriks), and consulting services for energy, water, and waste reduction.

They work with well-knowncompanies like Brew Dog, Laurent Perrier, Red Bull, Arla, and the NHS.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market research to identify key decisionmakers and understand their needs
  • Developing a pipeline of qualified leads through research, trade shows, and existing customers
  • Meeting and exceeding quarterly sales and meeting targets
  • Arranging and attending sales meetings with senior management and designated clients
  • Writing persuasive business proposals to secure new clients and supporting the senior sales team throughout the sales cycle
  • Managing inbound sales inquiries and passing on relevant leads to specialists or existing account managers
  • Staying up to date on industry developments and competitor activity

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 months of B2B sales experience
  • Excellent oral communication, written, and presentation skills
  • Professionalism, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • Selfstarter with high levels of motivation and a "can do" attitude
  • Confident closer and resourceful, selfmotivated, and competitive
  • Experience in writing persuasive business proposals
  • Strong academic record, analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office/CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Science, or Engineering is preferred, but not required
  • Passion for sustainability and the environment
  • Valid driver's license

Salary and Benefits:

  • Up to £30k per year, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission (OTE £45k in 1st year) and benefits
  • Opportunities for advancement to Business Development Manager/Account Manager roles
  • Based in Hampton Hill, West London with flexible working options
