• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications according to care plans and ensure proper documentation
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical professionals
• Create and update care plans based on individual needs and preferences
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Utilize IT systems for documentation and record keeping

• Previous experience in a care home or similar setting is required
• Strong knowledge of senior care practices and principles
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using IT systems for documentation purposes
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred
• Ability to supervise and lead a team of care assistants
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to make sound decisions
