Your Mission:

Your Role:

  • Own and manage our background check process, working with the external vendor and local leadership on any roadblocks and escalations
  • Work directly with the TA and wider People Team on additional topics when needed including recruitment events, immigration, etc

Your Education & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a fastpaced Talent Acquisition team
  • Experience with at least one ATS system (Taleo preferred, but not essential)
  • Appetite for learning, personal growth and development withing the field of Talent Acquisition
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality.
  • Ability to prioritize and operate with sense of urgency and pace, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively; demonstrates initiative a selfstarter who raises their hand for new opportunities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a true customer service orientation, internal and external
  • Bachelor's degree or Human Resources qualification preferred, but not essential
