The HR & Payroll Coordinator will:
- Take ownership of HR systems. Ensure all employee and organisational data is correctly entered and maintained.
- Produce reports from HR systems to support all HR, payroll & benefit processes
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries. Provide a prompt, professional and friendly HR service to employees and the HR & Payroll team
- Maintain the HR intranet to ensure clear and relevant communication internally and a positive user experience
- Work closely with other departments including Finance, Facilities & Corporate Planning to ensure crossdepartmental processes work effectively
The Successful Applicant:
- Previous experience working in a HR & Payroll position in a busy, corporate environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability
- Strong intellect with the willingness and capacity to grow within HR. Able to understand and manage complexity and workload
- Highly IT/systems literate. Able to manage and monitor different HR systems. Strong numerical ability with welldeveloped Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Able to deal with employees and line managers in a professional and friendly manner
- Clear communicator. Able to convey messages clearly and accurately both verbally and in writing.
