Our portfolio spans a variety of sectors, including Popcorn Manufacturing, E-commerce Stores, Estate Agents, and Building Contractors. With ongoing growth and expansion, we're now seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to help facilitate our operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform daily warehousing tasks such as sorting, packing, loading, and unloading goods.
  • Maintain inventory by conducting regular physical counts; reconcile with data storage system.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations; keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.
  • Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
  • Use warehouse tools and machinery safely and efficiently (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
  • Check, verify and fulfil customer orders promptly.
  • Cooperate and communicate with colleagues to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Proven warehouse operative experience (experience in ecommerce would be a plus).
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
  • Proficient in inventory software, databases, and systems.
  • Great physical stamina and manual dexterity.
  • Team player with good organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
