What you will be doing...

Senior Resort Flight Check-In Planning Executive, based at Holiday House in Leeds City Centre.

Senior Resort Flight Check-In Planning Executive will
- _Take Responsibility_ to create and oversee the production of all daily logistic/service plans. They will also be involved in budget preparation and reconciliation.

  • This role is being recruited as part of the relaunch of our Resort Flight Check In (RFCI) service. RFCI is an innovative hotel checkin service across selected destinations and hotels which means customers enjoy a hasslefree end to their holiday. As a part of the planning team you will be responsible for ensuring a great product is delivered to our customers, and play a key role in supporting the operational team to deliver.
    What will you do in the role?
As our

Senior Resort Flight Check-In Planning Executive you will be responsible for the day-to-day planning of the
-
Jet2holidays RFCI collection schedules whilst heading up a small team of Planning Executives. You will be the first point of contact for any RFCI logistics queries and provide support and guidance to the wider RFCI team.


You will also:

  • Liaise with local _Jet2holidays _operations office(s) to ensure route optimisation and best operational practice
  • Provide all relevant daily and monthly RFCI reports on things like service performance, staffing utilisation and budget reconciliation
  • Analysis of reporting to develop and suggest future service enhancements

Occasional overseas travel may be required. This role will require a company mobile phone with an expectation to be on call as necessary

What are the key skills / experience you'll already have?
We are looking for a strong people manager who can work collaboratively across the business and with Senior stakeholders. Experience within a similar role/industry would be an advantage - either tour operations or logistics.

  • Other skills:
  • Be highly numerate, analytical and accurate with excellent attention to detail
  • Have dedication, selfmotivation, enthusiasm, flexibility, pace and a strong customer service ethic
  • Have strong organisational skills and selfdiscipline
  • Have the ability to work in a highly pressurised environment and travel abroad on their own
  • Overseas people management or supervisory experience an advantage
