Watsham Consulting is representing one of the UK's top 10 housebuilders in their search for a Senior Application Analyst.
In order to be considered for the role of Senior Application Analyst your CV must demonstrate recent COINS experience gained in either a project, implementation or support capacity.
The role of Senior Application Analyst has a 50/50 split between COINS Support and COINS Projects
- Provide 2nd line support in accordance with agreed SLA's.
- Produce and maintain documentation.
- Ensure that training documentation is maintained in line with changes and upgrades.
- Take ownership of any allocated project or change related systems configuration.
- Work with third parties eg, COINS to implement any changes.
- Take ownership of any allocated unit, user acceptance and regression testing.
- Provide golive support for an agreed period.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, validate, and progress to conclusion.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Recent use of COINS essential
- Prior use of COINS in a project, implementation or support capacity
- Ability to work on own initiative and as a team member
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organised and efficient administration skills
- Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with mínimal guidance
- Organised and methodical
- Selfmotivated
- Flexible and adaptable
