You will work in our small logistics team processing goods through from receipt from our suppliers to dispatching them via couriers, nationally and internationally, to our customers.
Throughout this process, you will be liaising with our customers and supplier to provide exceptional service to our partners, handling mostly small items in our clean and tidy site.
The main duties of this role include:
- Order processing and communication with customers, partners and colleagues, ensuring our customers are updated on progress
- Receiving and recording receipt of goods from our partners
- Assisting with customer returns and repairs
- Administrative tasks as and when required.

Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday with one hour reserved for lunch (37.5 hours/week)
