Up to £20,475p/a


Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm


Location:
Stockport SK1


General Duties

  • To accept regular support and supervision from line manager.
  • To carry out all work in a manner consistent with the aims of the Learning and Development department and the philosophy of the company
  • To comply with and implement the Equal Opportunities Policy of the company
  • To maintain confidentiality at all times, in accordance with the agreed policy.
  • To treat all service users and stakeholders with respect and courtesy.
  • To observe any written policies, procedures and guidelines for good practice agreed by the company.
  • Any other duties as required.

PERSON SPECIFICATION -

  • At least 1 years' experience of administration/reception work, paid or unpaid, within a busy office environment
  • Good communication skills and the ability to listen sensitively to others.
  • Willingness to consult colleagues and to work as part of a team
  • A good standard of verbal and written English
  • A good standard of keyboard skills Application,
  • Familiarity with computer software, particularly MS Office
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload and to work unsupervised
