Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Stockport SK1
General Duties
- To accept regular support and supervision from line manager.
- To carry out all work in a manner consistent with the aims of the Learning and Development department and the philosophy of the company
- To comply with and implement the Equal Opportunities Policy of the company
- To maintain confidentiality at all times, in accordance with the agreed policy.
- To treat all service users and stakeholders with respect and courtesy.
- To observe any written policies, procedures and guidelines for good practice agreed by the company.
- Any other duties as required.
PERSON SPECIFICATION -
- At least 1 years' experience of administration/reception work, paid or unpaid, within a busy office environment
- Good communication skills and the ability to listen sensitively to others.
- Willingness to consult colleagues and to work as part of a team
- A good standard of verbal and written English
- A good standard of keyboard skills Application,
- Familiarity with computer software, particularly MS Office
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload and to work unsupervised
