Mechanical Estimator

£45,000-£55,000 =,Company Car provided**My client is a company renowned for its proficiency in delivering top-tier electrical, mechanical, and facilities management solutions across the UK. They stand out for their specialised engineering prowess, exemplary design capabilities, and expert project management skills. They handle every project, regardless of its scale, location, or intricacy, with a consistent level of professional dedication.

The work is typically commercial with current projects, including an M&E package.

Responsibilities:

You'll be the dedicated Mechanical estimator in the business that has plans for expansion as the number of projects grow.
You'll be working alongside the bid manager and contract managers amongst other senior leaders to be able to build accurate estimates of projects
Work is often carried out alongside Tier 1 contractors
Given you'll be working alongside Tier 1 contractors, projects can be valued anywhere in the region of £2 million to £10 million for the M&E package

Requirements:

Ideally, we are looking for someone with Mechanical Estimating experience.
Alternatively, 5+ years of mechanical experience will also be considered.
The ability to communicate with all stakeholders of a business to be able to build up the bigger picture and produce the most accurate estimates
