Join a charity organisation in Bishopton dedicated to making a positive impact on people's lives as their new Finance Administrator.

Your rate of pay and hours of work

This temporary position spans 4 weeks, offering the convenience of free onsite parking and a competitive pay rate of £11.80 per hour.

Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Responsibilities in your new role

Manage financial administration procedures such as purchase orders, invoices, and payments
Conduct monthly reconciliation of payments and prepare sales invoices
Monitor budgets and expenses, liaise with external contractors, and maintain occupancy reports
Maintain accuracy in various internal systems and databases
Handle stock control of stationery and assist in document preparation and minute taking
Provide reception cover, handle telephone calls, and assist with mail handling and filing
Undertake other ad hoc finance duties as required

Your personality, experience and qualifications

In order to thrive in this position, you should hold a higher grade or equivalent in Mathematics and English, coupled with prior experience in finance/administration.

Essential skills include strong oral and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Moreover, showcasing proficiency in intricate Excel spreadsheets, encompassing lookup formulas and pivot tables, alongside a track record of successfully managing all financial tasks pertinent to a small charity, such as invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliation, is crucial.
