Customer Service Advisor


Eden Brown Synergy is working with an organisation based in Reading who are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their Bereavement and Claims team for 6 months.


The role is full time, to start on the 13th February, and pays an hourly rate of £11.80 PAYE plus holiday pay.

Full training is given (onsite) and lasts 6-8 weeks, after this the role will be hybrid with 2-3 days in the office.

The hours are 9am-5:30am Monday - Friday.


Overview of the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service and quick resolutions for customers
  • Call Handling, Notifications of death, finding the right beneficiaries, making payments in a timely manner
  • Checking customer records, following regulatory processes, Assessing risk of financial crime
  • Completing forms, generating letters to customers

Experience & Skills required

  • Office experience (required).
  • Customer Service experience (desired).
