Administration Experience- Fleet Experience
About Our Client:
A global manufacturing company, looking to expand their ever growing team.
- Ordering new equipment, office supplies, skips and PPE, including raising PO's for any orders.
- Filing of paperwork and maintaining company records
- Maintaining spreadsheet on current vehicles within the fleet (lease start/end date, mileage, CO2 emissions, MOT due dates).
- Logging insurance claims in the instance of accidents.
- Arranging vehicle servicing, MOTs, and repairs with local garages.
- Monitoring the vehicle tracking portal
- Ensuring all new driver records are obtained: driving license, signed handbook, signed health form and that this is submitted to our driver check portal.
- Dealing with an PCN's and other vehicle charges
- Assist with the organisation of other travel requirements i.e., train tickets, oyster cards.
The Successful Applicant:
- Experience withing Fleet administration
- Administration experience
