About Our Client:

A global manufacturing company, looking to expand their ever growing team.

  • Ordering new equipment, office supplies, skips and PPE, including raising PO's for any orders.
  • Filing of paperwork and maintaining company records
  • Maintaining spreadsheet on current vehicles within the fleet (lease start/end date, mileage, CO2 emissions, MOT due dates).
  • Logging insurance claims in the instance of accidents.
  • Arranging vehicle servicing, MOTs, and repairs with local garages.
  • Monitoring the vehicle tracking portal
  • Ensuring all new driver records are obtained: driving license, signed handbook, signed health form and that this is submitted to our driver check portal.
  • Dealing with an PCN's and other vehicle charges
  • Assist with the organisation of other travel requirements i.e., train tickets, oyster cards.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Experience withing Fleet administration
  • Administration experience
