We are looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to join our client's team in the office, located in Peterborough. We are looking for a passionate individual who is eager to grow alongside the expanding company.The Care Coordinator role plays a vital role within the Home Care team.
As a Care Coordinator, you will have the responsibility of leading a highly efficient team of Care Workers and overseeing the coordination and management of various domiciliary care packages.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- Coordinating the daytoday running of domiciliary care services
- Preparing staff rosters
- Primary point of contact for any enquiries or assistance needed by care staff, customers and their families
- Oncall duties
- Process changes to customer care and support plans
- Managing highly confidential and sensitive information
- Ensuring clients and Care & Support Workers documentation and records are kept up to date
- Care plan reviews
Qualification/ Experience
- Health and Social Care Level
- Experience in domiciliary homecare
- Previous Care Coordinator experience
- You will need to be a driver with your own transport
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary:
£11.75-£12.50 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Peterborough, Cambridgeshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
