Intro

S Knights Recruitment is seeking an experienced tutor for a temporary, freelance position with a leading provider that has helped thousands of unemployed individuals return to work.

The role will involve delivering two weeks of training remotely throughan online platform. Upon successful completion, there may be potential for ongoing work as part of a pool of instructors.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Freelance Contact Centre and Employability Tutor, you will be responsible for:

Providing learners with employability skills
Teaching key call centre skills and techniques
Customizing learner plans to meet individual needs and regularly monitoring progress
Ensuring learners reach their full potential and make progress within a specified timeframe
Recording daily attendance and marking completed assignments within the course duration
Incorporating elements of safeguarding, equality, and diversity into your teaching
Boosting learner confidence and imparting industry knowledge through your call centre experience
A teaching/assessment qualification such as PTLLS, DTLLS, CTLLS, AET, A1, CAVA, or TAQA
Occupational experience working in a call centre
Experience delivering employability training as a tutor
A current, enhanced DBS check within the last 3 years
A willingness to complete, or already hold, a certificate in safeguarding/prevent and equality
A willingness to undergo additional training to meet the requirements of the role, if necessary.
