As
Client Manager you will be visiting new and existing clients to provide help and guidance on how to effectively use their systems and software.

As
Client Manageryou will supporting clients in the processing their book-keeping transactions.

As
Client Manageryou will be part of an incredibly friendly, supportive team

Your day-to-day activities will include

Processing historical transactions which may have been left from the client's own bookkeeping processes or a previous bookkeeper.
Ensuring submission of VAT and CIS returns are to be completed in line with our processes, ensuring deadlines are always met
Encouraging and supporting clients to use the most efficient ways to help this process work effectively
Ensuring payroll is run in a timely manner, either weekly, fortnightly or monthly according to each client's requirements. Submission of a monthly RTI return must be completed on or before payday accurately. Summary reports must be provided to the clientalong with employee payslips
Ensuring Liability to pay CIS tax are to be verified, and invoices processed accurately with the correct rate of tax deducted. CIS Returns are submitted to HMRC on time and payment made to HMRC

Experience required

Qualified to ICB, AAT, IAB (or similar)
Good bookkeeping skills and knowledge
Great attention to detail
Have excellent communication skills, being able to liaise with people at all levels
Be a strong team player with a positive "cando" attitude
Be able to work to tight deadlines with a smile on your face
