Python SME/Data Analyst

Working with one of the leading companies in telecoms - we are looking for an expert in Python who has experience working with databases and CRM's from a engineering/Analyst point of view.

Technical Skills

Expert level python skills to develop reusable, efficient, testable and scalable code, in particular using jupyter, pandas, scipy, numpy, pytest, and pyunit packages.
Highly proficient in data cleansing and data enrichment
Highly proficient in building python data analytics solutions on cloud infrastructure, including S3, SageMaker, CLI etc.
Highly proficient in working with and managing large structured and unstructured datasets, i.e. 10Gb+
Knowledge of SQL for extracting data from Oracle databases
Familiar with data matching / search methods, such as RegEx
Familiar with dashboarding / visualization tools, such as QlikSense
Perform testing, tuning, usability and performance improvements to existing python code.
Create documentation for custom python data analytics solutions and data pipelines.
Understand the concepts of security and data protection.

Data Analyst Skills

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop solutions, make decisions and implement actions for routine problems.
Ensure data is available in a fitforpurpose and timely manner for business consumption.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Can prioritise workload effectively.
