Our client has an opening for a Junior HR Business Partner to join the team on a permanent basis.

You will report into the Head of HR and be involved in the following:


  • Act as the point of contact for all employee relations matters
  • Provide guidance, support and training to line managers and employees
  • Support benchmarking and succession planning
  • Analyse processes
  • Ensure onboarding is a positive experience
  • Mentoring and supporting the People Coordinator
  • Adhoc Projects

You will require the following experience:

  • Proven experience of working as an HR Advisor on a broad range of employee relations topics
  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • Ideally CIPD Qualified or equivalent
  • Highly organised, easily adaptable with the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
There will be some travel involved in the role.
Salary £36,000 plus good benefits
