_Key Responsibilities -_
Supervisions - Providing support and assistance to the care team staff
Developing a working knowledge of every clients Care Plan/Risk Assessments and ensuring that these are followed by staff
Taking responsibility for shifts and ensuring tasks are carried out as necessary
