Vetspeed Ltd - Based at our Head Office on Cambridgeshire / Hertfordshire Border

Required to contribute to the smooth running of our Company who deal with the provision of
pet cremations and specialist waste management services, you will be working as part of our Finance team.

This is a varied role including data input, with sales and purchase ledger functions.

You will be responsible for helping the team with the following duties:

Matching payments to invoices.
Taking payments over the phone.
Placing purchase orders with our established supplier base
Posting purchase invoices.
Setting up of new suppliers.
Assisting with credit control.
Updating of spreadsheets.
Packaging and sending of memorial jewellery.
To provide other support to the Finance department in times of absence and keeping the Supervisor informed of any problems / queries.

The ability to carry out instruction and meet deadlines.
Be hard working and enthusiastic.
Verbal and written communication skills with a good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Other packages used are Sage 50, Ebis, DB Capture and OA.

This is a permanent full time position working 37.5hrs per week Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm.
