Creative Design Lead

Our client in the hair and beauty industry are looking for a Creative Design Lead to design and deliver creative services across their company and support the execution of the Marketing road map.

You will also support in the education and completion of thebriefing process, influencing brand and campaign designs to help maximise engagement, sales and profit.

This is a full time position, based on site in Bracknell, with some travel required across Berkshire.

The role and responsibilities:

As a Creative Design Lead, you will develop and mentor a team of designers, art workers and videographers.
See projects through from brief to delivery to review. Ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
Delivery of creative and art working services across the company.
Quality control of projects and developing and providing support where needed.
Utilising opportunities to maximise customer engagement.
Stakeholder support and management.
Creating designs and promotional material for creative campaigns, producing visual and onbrand content packages.
Photography and video services including for marketing and social media, editing videos and images.
Allocation of works and resources across the team og 8 and providing mentoring and great line management.

What we are looking for:

Experience within a Creative Lead position, in particular we are looking for somebody with great line management and stakeholder management skills.
Experience within printed and digital design (B2B and B2C).
Ideally from a retail / FMCG background or a keen interest in the industry.
Good working knowledge of Adobe creative suite inc. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat.
Commercially minded individual.
