Production Manager

Tasks:

Attend project kickoff meetings when necessary, and identify the next steps to progress a project through to the next stage
Undertake site surveys collecting as much information as possible; always doing so with good health and safety practices in mind
Cost, procure and deliver the technical and production requirements for a variety of different events, campaigns, experiential and large format graphics installations
Be responsible for developing the creative idea, along with the Studio and Account Team, into a fully costed and deliverable solution
Work with vendors to design technical systems and solutions, and manage supplier negotiations on a jobbyjob basis to get the best available rates for Avvio
Play a role in providing indepth technical specifications and budgets for all pitches and new business opportunities

Qualifications:

A minimum Bachelor's degree (2.1) is required in a relevant field
Enthusiastic, charismatic and proactive, showing a high degree of initiative and entrepreneurial drive
Ability to establish strong relationships across the business with colleagues, clients and external suppliers, both facetoface, verbally, and in writing
Experience in compiling, managing and reconciling budgets
IT literate, numerate and analytical
