We have a core team of specialist recruitment consultants that have extensive experience working within hospitality giving them an in-depth understanding of client needs, challenges and requirements.

As Senior Recruitment Consultant at Hospitality Recruitment Group, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, identifying, and attracting top talent for our client within the hospitality sector.

We are working on a busy RPO model with lots of roles so there is huge potential for commission and growth in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify passive and active job seekers in the hospitality sector.


Screening and Interviewing:
Verify references and conduct background checks as needed.


Client Relationship Management:
Collaborate with managers to understand their specific hiring needs and culture.


Talent Management:
Stay updated on industry trends and job market developments.


Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, particularly within the hospitality industry, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

Salary:
£28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
