The Role
Pinnacle Group are looking for a part time Caretaker/Cleaner to work on a housing estate based in Abbey Wood.

The hours for this role will be Monday -Friday, 4 hours a day. Start and finish times can be flexible except on refuse collection days

Duties/Key Responsibilities

Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, cycle storage, parking areas.
Litter picking and sweeping, cleaning internal windows, ledges, handrails, skirting boards etc.
Managing the bulk waste areas.
Taking out the bins on bin day.
Reporting repairs / issues in communal areas.
As a main presence onsite, you are responsible for communicating with the property manager any issues onsite that need attending to.
