Chef De Partie

Location:
Auchencairn, Scotland

Salary:
£15 per Hour

Seasonal:
March to October - 48 Hours per week

Room and Meals provided

The Role:


An exciting opportunity for a talented
Chef De Partie who has a passion for great food and people, you'll join a fantastic Country House Hotel commanding a stunning location overlooking the Solway.

This role provides the opportunity to work in a prestigious4-star country house hotel. You will have the ability to support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in running the kitchen operations.


The Person:


  • Great people manager and culture focused
  • Excellent team player able to support both the Sous Chef and Head Chef
  • Passionate about fresh food, and is always looking for opportunities to develop the menu
  • Standards focused able to maintain consistency

Skills Experience and Qualifications:


  • Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role
  • Have a passion for delivering great menus
  • Previous experience in a 1 AA rosette restaurant highly desirable
