People and Culture Lead

This newly created role of People and Culture Lead brings a brilliant opportunity to help shape and implement our vision for Embark Federation.

We are a family of fifteen primary schools and soon to be four secondary schools in Derbyshire.

As a multi-academy trust, we are responsible for the education and well-being of over 5,000 children and have around 1000 amazing team members committed to this task.

Formed in December 2018, we are a young trust which has grown fast over the last 4 years, our total revenue is approaching £25 million with potential for further growth taking place in 2023.
