    We're searching for a junior lawyer with a passion for commercial matters and a desire to learn. This role offers variety and personal fulfillment, with autonomy to shape and own areas of responsibility while building relationships across the business.

    Moneybox is growing rapidly, and our Legal Team is at the forefront. We've laid a strong foundation and are scaling up support as the business grows. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact and contribute to ongoing success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Draft, negotiate, and advise on commercial agreements, including supplier contracts, marketing, and IT procurement.
    • Assist with customer-facing terms and conditions, and related materials.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on new product rollouts, processes, and promotions.
    • Implement legal tech to scale the function, including AI contract review and CLM functionality.
    • Support Compliance Team with regulatory queries.
    • Provide training and education on legal matters.
    • Stay up-to-date on relevant legal developments and advise on potential impacts.
    • Manage external legal advisors.

    Requirements

    • NQ-2 years PQE lawyer with excellent legal credentials, ideally from a top-tier law firm.
    • Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
    • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
    • Pragmatic approach to advice with commercial awareness.
    • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Financial services experience would be beneficial.
    • Fluency in English.
