Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety and security of the premises and individuals within
Use of the Body CCTV cameras to detect any suspicious activity or potential threats
Conduct regular patrols to maintain a visible presence and deter unauthorized access
Handle any disturbances or conflicts that may arise in a professional and calm manner
Provide assistance and guidance to visitors, employees, and customers as needed
Respond promptly to emergency situations and follow established protocols
Complete accurate incident reports and maintain proper documentation

Requirements:

Experience as Door Supervisor minimum 1 year ( if less otherwise the rate per hour will be depending of your experience )

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence

A valid visa & right to work in the UK documents

Have a strong customer service background

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations

Be articulate and able to communicate fluently in English

Be friendly, polite but assertive whilst always remaining professional.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Reliable and confidence will be essential.

Be available to work on a regular basis, particularly on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday

and must Providing 5 years background employment / education history
