We are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join the team at a leading financial services business in London.

You will be involved with providing exceptional customer service to their internal team while also liaising with other departmentsto ensure that the best possible solutions are provided.

They have a strong attitude towards investing in their people and providing a workplace where they can continue to grow and flourish.

You will also take part in mentoring more junior members of the teamas well as any ongoing projects that they will be working on.

What you will be doing...

Identify solutions and implement fixes adhering to ITIL standards.
Escalate to, and work closely with support vendors and other internal teams to ensure escalated incidents and problems and resolved in a timely manner
Install, configure and manage user accounts and system access
Transfer knowledge to colleagues within the team

What you need...

Experience using Active Directory for user and computer administration.
Experience in Group Policy administration.
Proven experience working within IT Service Delivery.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
