About the Role


As a
School Management Administrator, you will be providing a comprehensive and professional administrative support service to designated senior members of academic staff in the
School of Arts and Humanities.

We are seeking applicants who are self-motivated and well-organised, with previous experience working within a busy office environment. You will have vast experience in minuting in different styles, e.g. action, discussion and verbatim. You will be an excellent team player with the proven ability to work well under pressure.

You will be able to operate using your initiative and professional judgement and will possess the skill to multitask and complete tasks promptly and accurately.


The ability to establish and develop strong customer-focused working relationships with a range of colleagues, students and external clients to the University will be essential, as will excellent written and verbal communication skills.
