Job Description:
Raise awareness amongst the public of services provided by our panel law firms and medical experts.

  • Hybrid Work Model
  • Being field based will involve regular travel, so you must hold a full UK driving licence, be comfortable driving to some covering areas, such as Midlands, Lancashire, Scotland etc.
  • Assist in targeted awareness campaigns in localities as well as using their own
initiative and ability to reach more specific areas and communities.

  • Assist panel law firms in liaising with potential clients and the completion of any
administrative processes or services.

  • Assist panel medical experts in their assessment of the panel law firms clients and in the management of clinics and associated appointments.


Our business undertakes marketing work to make people aware of their rights in respect of compensation related to their employment.


For those persons who respond to our marketing campaigns, we then provide them the contact details for solicitors specialising in the area of compensation they wish to pursue.

This is a recommendation.


If the individual's consent, we will then also provide their details to the respective solicitors, who would contact the individuals to discuss their requirements etc.

We also provide additional services if requested by solicitors.

This can include assisting their clients in completing any documentation or delivering documents to their clients and ongoing client support.

We are based within Trust Huse, New Augustus Street, Bradford, occupying a large open plan office on the second floor along with additional office and meeting space.

Staff are provided with a comfortable spacious work environment and associated kitchen, dining and other facilities.

We also have external work for staff engaged in specific marketing campaigns at various locations throughout the country.

We are also regulated and registered with the FCA for this purpose.


Salary:
£18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
