Facilities Management Service Delivery
Location:
Ipswich - Fully Office Based with travel across regional sites.
Salary:
£16.64 An Hour
Working hours:
FULL TIME - Monday - Friday 8am - 5PM
Full UK Driving License required (as travel across regional sites for meetings will be required).

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between staff and management
- Resolve queries efficiently and effectively
- Monitor workplace mailbox and compliance status
- Provide onsite assistance and advice to staff
- Attend meetings and provide support as needed
- Cover for team leader when required
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and previous experience in Facilities Management
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Contract management expertise
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Previous Experience in FM experience including health and safety.
- Contractor management experience.
