Facilities Management Service Delivery

Location:
Ipswich - Fully Office Based with travel across regional sites.

Salary:
£16.64 An Hour

Working hours:
FULL TIME - Monday - Friday 8am - 5PM

Full UK Driving License required (as travel across regional sites for meetings will be required).

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between staff and management
Resolve queries efficiently and effectively
Monitor workplace mailbox and compliance status
Provide onsite assistance and advice to staff
Attend meetings and provide support as needed
Cover for team leader when required

Requirements:

Strong knowledge and previous experience in Facilities Management
Strong communication and organisational skills
Contract management expertise
Exceptional customer service abilities
Previous Experience in FM experience including health and safety.

- track record in building strong customer partnerships

Contractor management experience.
