Customer Service Adviser -Norwich NR7 -£22K - £23k+ bonus (7k) + great benefits
Customer Service - Call handling - Speaking to clients who are placing orders....booking in deliveries etcbuilding relationships with regulars.
To include all aspects of client account management, customer service & support, as well as efficiently respondingto customer inquiries.

You will have a positive telephone manner and enjoy building customer relationships

Duties:

Taking INBOUND CALLS from clients placing orders etc & making Outbound calls, Building relationships with clients, advising of new services resolving queries etc.

You will need a Pleasant telephone manner, be Enthusiastic and have previous experience in a similar role

Monday to Friday - Hours - 40hrs a week, permanent
