Description

SIRM UK Marine Limited wish to recruit an experienced Service Coordinator to join their team based in South Woodham Ferrers.

If you have an interest in the Marine Industry and/or experience in Service Co-ordination we would like to hear from you.


The post holder will be required to manage customer service requests, which includes providing customers with quotes, coordinating service interventions through to issuing invoices once the work is complete.


Primary duties and responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to customer requests for service and respond in a timely manner.
  • Positively present companies' technical capabilities in a first line contact role with our customers.
  • Maintain records of jobs and statistics
  • Provide administration services and producing on time invoicing.
  • Support 24/7 team to provide a seamless service provision.
  • Provide General administration support to the wider company

Skills, Qualifications & Knowledge

  • A selfsufficient individual who requires minimum supervision but nonetheless understands the need for processes and independent business governance
  • An excellent communicator
  • Experience of providing customers with a high level of customer service.
  • A team player who recognises the need to contribute in a multidisciplined team
  • Numerate and literate.
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive mental attitude
  • 23 years Customer Service experience
  • 23 years Administration experience
  • Experience of the Microsoft Dynamic business environment desirable
  • Evidence of using initiative and being proactive desirable

Calm, confident manner, ability to work under pressure & handle potentially uncomfortable conversations

Excellent communicator, able to express ideas in both written and verbal form to a variety of audiences.

Excellent telephone manner with experience in customer management

Dynamic and organised with excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple customer accounts at the same time


Intrinsic Factors
Use of display screen equipment is required.

This role is permanent, full time.

Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 4:45pm

Friday 8:30am to 4:15pm


Salary:
£22,500.00-£28,000.00 per year

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
