Job description:
Lead UX/UI Designer
We are working with one of our long-standing clients, a digital marketing agency with a strong reputation in creative, marketing, and business transformation.
Due to exceptional growth, they are now looking for a Lead UX Designer, with an excellent track record in creating better experiences for their studio and clients.
You Will
- Work in unison with their development and creative team to ensure seamless user experience over a wide variety of projects.
- Deliver UI mockups and prototypes.
- Illustrate design ideas with user flows, wireframes, and customer journey maps.
- Analysing data to identify insight.
- Balance user needs and business requirements.
You Will Have
- Experience working as a Senior or Lead UX/UI Designer previously.
- High proficiency in Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrable experience working from initial concept through to high fidelity designs, and passing on to developers.
- Some agency experience is preferred.
- Experience in planning, conducting, and synthesising research, which feeds into product strategy.
