Our client based in the centre of Henley-on-Thames is looking for a Receptionist with strong customer service. This role is a receptionist position with some facilities assistant duties too.

  • Welcoming guest into the building
  • Answering the mainline and tranferring them to the right person
  • Strong customer service skills, will be speaking to customer in person and on the phone
  • Confidence
  • Good organisation
  • Excellent telephone manor

Facilities Duties

  • Scan incoming post into practice group folders
  • Print and collate all outgoing post from practice groups for Royal Mail dispatch
  • Provide support to fee earners with scanning of documents.
  • Provide support to teams with printing of legal documents
  • Act as point of contact for the firms DX/Royal Mail contracts
  • Ensure Facilities supplies such as toners/labels/envelopes are ordered
  • Distribute the groups stationery
