Full-time and Part-time positions are available for telephone operators for a busy Taxicab Inbound Call Centre

Brighton & Hove Streamline Ltd were established in 1936 and are the largest taxi company in Brighton and Hove. We are looking to recruit customer focused telephone operators to aid with its ever-growing demand. Offering a 24-hour service; customer experience is the key element of our dedicated team.


Your main duties will include:

• Handling Telephone and Internet queries and bookings from public and corporate customers
• Ensuring a high level of Customer Services and professionalism always
• Ensure cover is arranged for all necessary bookings as and when required
• Dealing with customers, drivers, and colleagues in a polite and professional manner always
• Assisting drivers when needed
• Be selfsufficient
• Have previous Call Centre experience
• Be Punctual, flexible, and have a reliable work ethic
• Computer literate with good literacy and numerical skills
• Ensure attention to detail accurately processing information
• Deliver high standards in a professional service in a busy environment
• Be available to cover, sometimes at short notice
• Confident to seek advice when needed
• Driven and selfmotivated to learn new skills for career progression
• Communicate within a team environment

• 5 days a week including weekends
