We are looking to recruit an Advanced Learning Needs Specialist to join the Education and Workforce Development team to act as advocate on behalf of learners with learning difficulties and liaise with educational institutions and line managers to ensure adequate specialist learning support is in place to enable them to complete their continuous professional development.

You will have very a sound understanding of SEND learning support and related areas, strong communication and interpersonal skills that establish credibility and confidence when dealing with others and an ability to work through solutions and enhance education, learning and development opportunities for staff with learning difficulties.

An enthusiastic team worker, you will undertake your job in a way that positively promotes co-operation and contributes to the development of innovative solutions to meet the reporting needs of our educational projects and key stakeholders, within the Trust, the North East London region and nationally.
