This is a new opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a top-tier Legal 500 firm which is progressive, open, and quick to champion its people for upward progression.

The Corporate Tax team undertakes a broad range of high-quality work.

You will be advising a wide portfolio of clients on tax matters related to M&As, investment funds, real estate, international transactions, and more.

Ideally, you will be a solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE and strong corporate tax background.

You will be capable technically, able to client facing and commercially astute whilst also being able to supervise more junior fee earners.
