Description
The Old School House is a well-established company with a small residential school for boys who have social, emotional and educational needs.
We have serviced Cambridgeshire and other local authorities for the past thirty-five years.
We are looking for a competent all-rounder with a range of skills, with experience in plumbing, electrical work and carpentry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out maintenance tasks such as, but not limited to, plumbing, electrics, carpentry, painting, decorating and general maintenance.
- Undertaking any other general maintenance tasks as directed by the owners/manager relating to the interior or exterior of the buildings.
- Control of maintenance stock.
- Keen eye for detail that will appreciate and deal with all issues related to the internal and external appearance of the property as well as their smooth operation.
Job Type:
Part-time
Pay:
£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
