Desirable Requirements and Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy in Excel, Word, Outlook and previous experience of accounting software
  • Selfmotivated with a commonsense approach
  • Keen to learn and develop a career in accounting
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • A good eye for detail.

Main Duties

  • Preparing tax returns and other work from client accounting records
  • Liaising with HM Revenue & Customs
  • Using Iris
  • Drafting client communications
  • Meeting and liaising with clients when required
  • Maintaining the highest standards of customer service at all times
  • Developing your knowledge whilst working towards your AAT (Association of Taxation Technicians) qualification

Salary Starting From:
£20,000 per annum, depending on age and experience.

From £20,000.00 per year
