    You will be an integral part of the programme management team in London and the Southeast. You will work closely with the UK programme management community, playing a key role in growing one of our strategic sectors and service streams.

    Your Role:

    • Support programme establishment and PMOs.
    • Manage programmes of work within complex stakeholder environments.
    • Deliver PMO services and sometimes lead stakeholder engagement across the programme.
    • Meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs set for our business.
    • Improve service delivery toolkit and establish best practice in the Programme community.
    • Analyse data from various sources to identify options impacting programme delivery.
    • Collaborate with offices, service lines, and the wider AtkinsRéalis business to provide combined solutions.

    What We Require:

    • Undergraduate/Masters degree level education in construction, real estate, or facilities management related subject.
    • Project Management, Programme Management or PMO experience in property, construction, or real estate context.
    • Awareness and understanding of project and programme components.
    • Confident knowledge of reporting tools including Power BI.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power Platform & Power Query.
    • High standard of oral and written communication with attention to detail.
