The BoTree Luxury Hotel is the hottest new opening in London, delivering conscious luxury experiences to our discerning guests. We're currently seeking a
Guest Communication Agent to join our team.

Salary:
up to £26,000 per annum

Our
Guest Communication Agent will:

Efficiently handle all phone calls, both internal and external.
Manage reservations and maintaining accurate records, ensuring guest preferences are updated.
Coordinating seamlessly with various departments.
Going above and beyond in managing guest feedback to exceed expectations.

What We're Looking For in our
Guest Communication Agent:

Previous relevant experience in a luxury hotel.
Effective communication skills with colleagues and guests.
Proficiency in both facetoface and telephone communication.
Strong written and spoken English.
