Senior DevOps Engineer - Manchester, United Kingdom - Lorien
Description
A large gaming platform company is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who is enthusiastic about about code, automation, infrastructure, problem solving and building robust solutions to problems.
The platform is.Net, using RabbitMQ, WebAPI and WCF to connect services, and MySQL and MongoDB to manage vast amounts of data.
Deployments go to both AWS and On Premise VMWare infrastructure, using infrastructure as code, Kubernetes is used to manage somecontainers, where they have adopted a microservice based architecture.
- Experience in design, operation and management of infrastructure within an onpremise and cloud hybrid environment is essential.
- Expert level in Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience with AWS (EC2, ELB, VPC, EKS)
- Experience with VMWare vSphere/NSX-T a bonus
- CI/CD tools and processes
- Strong knowledge of Linux & Windows Servers
