Alderbrook Care Home is looking for an Administrator with great organisational, inter-personal and first point of contact skills.

Our new care home is situated in the Leeds, specialising in complex physical and mental health needs for 140-residents.

Every day will offer plenty of variety and great administration skills are a pre-requisite for the role.

You will work closely alongside the Home Manager, and be part of the internal management structure, which will line manage the Receptionists.


Administrator Contract
- £13.50 per hour (DOE)

  • Contracted to 40hours per week
  • Pension
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (Based on a fulltime contract)
  • Onsite parking
  • DBS

Administrator Tasks

  • First point of contact for prospective residents and team members
  • An ambassador for the care home, ie. showing people around Alderbrook Care Home and integrating with the local community
  • Managing the enquiry database
  • Setting up overseeing all administration systems to include residents' agreements, team members contracts, E Learning, payroll etc.


As part of this role, you will be required to attend training on Fire, Handling & moving and Health & Safety.
