    Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

    • Manage key accounts and new business on the Perms desk, providing Temp/Perm or Long Term bookings.
    • Nurture client relationships through phone calls and face-to-face meetings.
    • Conduct thorough candidate interviews and source high-quality candidates from an extensive database, job boards, headhunting, and referencing.
    • Prepare detailed CVs and stay up-to-date with market trends via press releases and social networking.

    The Ideal Candidate

    • A self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills.
    • Prior sales/recruitment experience and strong English language proficiency.
    • Confidence in communicating effectively at all levels, both in person and on the phone.
    • A positive attitude, energetic outlook, and attention to detail.
